1. Data Controller
Det 7:e Gunget (musicians based in Ängelholm & Skåne, Sweden) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
2. Contact & Booking Inquiries
When you submit a booking inquiry through our contact form, we process your submitted information exclusively to answer your request, discuss dates, stage requirements, and fulfill performance agreements.
- Collected data: Name/organizer, email address, phone number (optional), event type, date, and message content.
- Purpose: Respond to gig inquiries and organize performances.
- Legal basis: Legitimate interest and pre-contractual discussions.
- Retention period: Data is retained as long as active communication or booking planning is ongoing, and deleted thereafter unless required by Swedish accounting legislation.
3. Newsletter Subscriptions
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you tour dates, song releases, and band updates.

- Purpose: Distributing band news and gig announcements.
- Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6.1 a GDPR).
- Unsubscribe: You can unsubscribe at any time with a single click using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
